Ipowerweb is fairly competitive in its pricing and offerings - Lunarpages, Bluehosts and the other hosting companies listed here offer the same value. I've been with Ipower for almost 5 years and when I was first with them, it was fine. In the last couple of years, my site has been down more times than I care to admit and the server housing my database always seemed to be crashing. Their customer support has been terrible. Sometimes I felt like they gave me responses just to get me off the phone and of course their responses never came to fruition. Overall I've been very disappointed with their customer service - and of course, the only time one ever needs customer service is when there is a problem with your site. The two are related. I'm switching hosts.

How can you rate a host if you haven't been with them long enough?? Ipowerweb keeps my forum running smoothly. Previous reviewer, I think you should come back in a few months and give us an update.

I would say that overall I am happy with Ipowerweb, but then again I don't have any experience with other hosts. I have issues that are getting attention but probably not as fast as they should.
